Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Operation Theatre (OT) Staff to join our hospital team. The ideal candidates should be experienced in handling surgical procedures, assisting surgeons, and maintaining a sterile OT environment. They will be rotated in L&D and OT.
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
- Maintain OT cleanliness and infection control protocols.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of procedures.
- Coordinate with nurses and other medical staff for smooth OT operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in OT Technology, Nursing, or relevant field.
- Prior experience in a hospital OT setup is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
